OYA Rec League Registration Forms

Coach Tim has the OYA rec forms that need to be filled out, signed and turned into him tomorrow--at Saturday's, 1/9/10 practice. Please allow yourself some time to fill out the forms at the Megaplex tomorrow It will only take a few minutes.  If your player is unable to attend tomorrow's practice session, please contact Coach Tim TODAY to be sure you can get your form completed!
